چکیده
We have synthesized and analyzed by mid-infrared reflectance spectroscopy silicate glasses that are representative for the on surface of Mercury. The glass compositions based high-pressure laboratory experiments resulting phase. spectra interest investigating Mercury using MERTIS (Mercury Radiometer Thermal Infrared Spectrometer) instrument board ESA/JAXA BepiColombo mission. Both powdered fractions polished blocks been analyzed. Powdered size 0–25 μm, 25-63 63-125 125–250 μm were measured in thermal infrared (2–20 μm). Spectra bulk (1.6 wt% - 19.0 MgO) show a single, dominating Reststrahlenband (RB, 9.3–9.8 μm), Christiansen Feature (CF; 7.6 8.1 dependent Transparency (TF; 11.6–11.9 Micro-FTIR analyses (3.4–26.5 characteristic bands at 7.8–8.2 (CF), 9.3–9.9 (RB). Only few olivine crystalline features observed. Spectral correlate with compositional characteristics, e.g. SiO2 content or SCFM (SiO2/(SiO2 + CaO FeO index. strongest correlation between band CF strong RB Mg/Si. No simple mixture from this study is able to reproduce entire ground spectrum However, Mg-rich identified 8.5 9.9 12.4 μm.

Mid-Infrared and Near-Infrared Diffuse Reflectance Spectroscopy for Soil Carbon Measurement
Diffuse reflectance spectroscopy offers a nondestructive means for measurement of C in soils based on the The ability to inventory soil C on landscapes is limited by the reflectance spectra of illuminated soil. Both the NIR ability to rapidly measure soil C. Diffuse reflectance spectroscopic (400–2500 nm) and MIR (2500–25 000 nm) region have analysis in the near-infrared (NIR, 400–2500 nm) and ...

The Oak Ridge Reservation, established in 1942, was the designated site for the construction of the atomic bomb. During a 20-year period from 1944-1963 radioactive and toxic chemical pollutants, especially mercury compounds were released into the surrounding waterways. Mercury in the soil environment can undergo numerous chemical transformations. Conventional methods for detection of total soil...

Determination of forage quality of available species is one of the fundamentalfactors for the management of rangelands. Near-Infrared Reflectance Spectroscopy (NIRS)was used to analysis the Nitrogen (N), Acid Detergent Fiber (ADF), Dry MatterDigestibility (DMD) and Metabolizable Energy (ME) content of three phenological stages(vegetative, flowering and seeding) of Bromus tomentellus samples in ...
متن کاملDevelopment of near infrared reflectance spectroscopy (NIRS) calibration model for estimation of oil content in a worldwide safflower germplasm collection
The development of NIRS calibration model as a rapid, precise, robust, and cost-effective method to estimate oil content in ground seeds of worldwide safflower germplasm collection grown under different agro-climatic conditions was the key objective of this research project. The oil content was measured by accelerated solvent extraction method in a total of 328 samples collected across 2004 (16...
